Our Customer Service Representatives call recent customers of Goodyear to complete a survey on their satisfaction of their automotive service and experience.

This position requires an individual who has a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills. This person must also be dependable and demonstrate excellent listening & communication skills. This person must be assertive, sales-driven, self-motivated & enthusiastic. We are also seeking an individual who can remain focused to read script from screens and who are capable of managing an intense conversation with a strategic approach. This person must possess the ability to find a business need & solve it with a sales offer and must always demonstrate being patient, polite & professional.
