Our Blood Donor Recruiters contact current or potential blood donors in an effort to schedule them for a blood donation at a facility in their area.

We’ve recently implemented a Lifesaver Awards Program for employees to receive recognition based on the number & type of donors they recruit. Our top Lifesavers have been personally responsible for recruiting an average of 2332 donors, and using the national statistic of 1 donation saving up to 3 lives, means they helped save up to 6996 lives nationwide just since January 2008! This position requires an individual who has a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills. This person must also be dependable and demonstrate excellent listening & communication skills. This person must have an enthusiasm to connect with people personally and also have a desire to see the blood donating industry succeed. This individual must have the ability to persuade ethically & motivate enthusiastically. This person must have a self-managed personality and also must always demonstrate being patient, polite & professional.
