On May 7, Ohioans Jeff White and Lloyd Hinson testified on behalf of
H.R. 1261 before the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health
and Human Services, and Education, chaired by Ohio Congressman Ralph
Regula. White, CEO of Incept Corporation in Canton, and Hinson, an Incept
employee and two-time kidney transplant survivor, eloquently detailed the
importance of America's vocational rehabilitation program. Incept
participates in the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission's Governor's
Initiative program, and White switched his company's prescription plan so
that Hinson could access all the medications he needs. The National
Organization of Rehabilitation Partners (NORP) arranged for both men to
testify on behalf of vocational rehabilitation.
