| Challenge: | Client did not possess a marketing channel to advance business decision-makers and solution providers from the product discovery phase to the point of making a buying decision. |
| Solution: | Incept was contracted to identify and qualify prospective solution providers and business decision makers, for the purpose of generating interest in purchasing or programming hand-held and palm sized PCs. Following an initial needs assessment phone survey, Incept integrated a real-time, desktop e-mail solution for transmitting customized messages that incorporated additional product information and URLs based on each prospect's intended application. We also utilized in-house third-party transfer technology, which allowed for hot prospects to be transmitted directly to client contracted OEMs, resellers or solution providers based on need. |
| Result: | The client now has a channel to quantify and qualify the value of seminar events as well as turn prospects into customers and is finalizing plans for a rollout. |
