June, 2005 - New President Named at Incept Corporation
Chief Executive Officer Jeff White named Sam Falletta the new president of Incept Corporation.
Falletta [who has been with Incept over the past eight years; serving in the role of Chief Operating Officer since June, 2003] says, “I feel that my ability to become president shows exactly how open our CEO and founder Jeff White is to promoting growth from within [the organization] and allowing people to fulfill their dream based on achievement.”
Discussing how he and White will work to advance Incept’s future goals, Falletta notes,”
In many ways our relationship will continue to be very collaborative. Jeff has always been open to new ideas and willing to accept someone else’s point of view when they have a well thought out plan. I think this will only become stronger.”
The new Incept president emphasizes, “We are going to continue to focus on providing world class service to our call center customers and spend additional energy developing the additional direct marketing channels that have not been a primary focus in the past.”
White, who will be staying on as CEO, says he will be focusing his efforts “on strategic planning and implementation of an initiative to integrate print and web based marketing into our product mix.”
White concludes “Our goal is to add these solutions to our primary service offering [telephone calls] to better suit the needs of our customers and ensure continued growth and stability as we move forward.”
