November, 2005 - American Red Cross Blood Services Greater Ozarks - Arkansas Region Reports Success in Outsourcing Donor Recruiting to Incept

The outstanding launch Incept achieved recruiting blood donors for American Red Cross Blood Services Greater Ozarks - Arkansas Region has continued through the first 18 months of the program.

Of the challenge her region faced in early 2004, Donor Support Supervisor Terry J. Rimer points out, "When an organization has a need that can't be met by existing employees, they normally are in a position to hire the staff they need. But that is not always the case."

Rimer continues, “My organization had a need that couldn’t be met by existing staff, and for various reasons, we were not in the position to hire new employees for this need. So, we looked to outsourcing."
