May, 2006 - Total Script, one of the leaders in the pharmacy benefits management industry is pleased with the volume, revenue and awareness generated from Incept’s direct marketing campaign.
Incept was able to capture essential information for 133 companies, generate 43 leads and 768 companies were made aware of Total Script’s image and enhanced plan. Total Script was provided with all information to follow-up and convert these leads to sales.
Total Script has developed a successful practice of saving large organizations money through evaluating their current pharmacy benefits plan and potentially offering alternative options. Since they typically concentrate on working with self-insured organizations with more than 1000 employees, the strategy of developing leads was a difficult proposition
“Calls began in March with Executive Testing. During the Executive Testing Phase, top level management from Incept made lead generation calls in an effort to refine the calling script, cleanse the call lists, and purify the general appeal of the call campaign,” Rebecca Sweeney, Incept Account Representative, said. “We have completed our initial effort and since Total Script has a strong presence elsewhere, the fall season would be an optimal time for resuming a marketing strategy since companies review their current contracts at that time.”
Incept developed a lead generation campaign to target geographic areas where Total Script already had a strong presence. Incept sales representatives were required to contact Executive level decision-makers within these organizations and explain Total Script’s service offer.
