Goodyear selects Incept Corporation to conduct nationwide customer satisfaction study on behalf of its 1,900 retail and affiliated dealer locations
CANTON, OHIO — January 2, 2007 — When it comes to automotive maintenance and repair, nothing is more critical to maintaining a competitive advantage, than ensuring that the work is performed to the highest quality standards. Goodyear called on its Akron, Ohio—based marketing communications, Hitchcock Fleming Associates Inc. ( hfa ) to provide initial screening of three potential partner candidates prior to recommending Incept Corporation.
The Goodyear sponsored customer care program is designed to measure satisfaction levels among recent Gemini customers, as well as Goodyear competitors. All Goodyear retail stores and dealers will have the opportunity to monitor their customer satisfaction scores against other dealers at the local, regional and national level. Incept has also designed a near real time, web reporting tool that will provide summary, call detail, and ad-hoc reporting functionality on a monthly, quarterly (rolling) and YTD basis.
Incept will execute over 50,000 customer satisfaction surveys per month representing both Goodyear retail owned stores and Gemini franchised auto service providers throughout the U.S.
