Community Blood Services contracts Incept Corporation to conduct blood donor telerecruitment services.

Canton, Ohio: Community Blood Services has contracted Incept Corporation to conduct current and lapsed telerecruitment activities for 2 of its fixed sites and varying mobile locations. Incept will also be responsible for conducting appointment reminder calls to maximize donor show rates and subsequent draws.
